Fascinating read. I’ve bookmarked it to read again tonight, when I have a little more time to note details I missed the first time around.
I’m starting to wonder whether some of the earlier post-election SCOTUS-related disappointments and eff-ups might have been a feint after all. (Merriam-Webster’s site defines “feint” as: “a mock blow or attack on or toward one part in order to distract attention from the point one really intends to attack”.)
Or, there’s stuff going on behind the scenes that none of us are privy to. I figure SOMETHING has to be going on, that all these recent decisions came down as they did, one after the other. Hmmmm.
Yeah, SCOTUS has been wildly savage lately. And the new BOD won’t have any affect at all, just replacing a commie. And once Bitem is out, I assume his hires and appointees will be out as well since he is illegally squatting in the WH (or wherever they keep him).
