You can access Truth Social on your phone or tablet in the same way you access it on your PC.
Bring up a browser window, I use Brave, and enter www.truthsocial.com in the address bar. Log in, and there you go. Supposedly an app for Android users is in the works. For now, this works for me.

I signed up using Windows and the Brave browser on my PC. I don’t know if Ubuntu/Ironware would work, I imagine they would work the same as accessing any other website.
I access Truth Social on my Android phone by going to the TS website.
