Sadly, too few of our pastors in the Church have his clear understanding of Catholic Christianity or the courage to express that understanding.
I imagine Pelosi does have a spiritual advisor who is himself/herself deluded by the so called social justice movement i.e. the seamless garment view of sin and redemption.
Such an advisor is more concerned with this world than the next and unfortunately, many Catholics will pay the price for the scales on their eyes.
I was going to bring up the ol' "seamless garment" and the "preferential option for the poor" which are probably the cornerstone of whatever farkakte spiritual advice she's getting. Usual suspects. Does Pelosi live in Georgetown?
