I remember the statement Q made where 40% of the info known to Q could be made public, but that was raised, to 60%. No?
My recollection of the Q context concerning those percentages, at the time, only related to the measure of public acceptance [or willingness to hear] of the dark side and the horrifying.
It was the digs that were done and sharing of the unthinkable. Some of us could view it, others closed one eye, others had to skip it.
