That is the flip side of the coin of disarming the American people. The purges you hear about in the military are built around that. Why is it always the good guys getting purged? They need a military that will fire on its own citizens. This had already started back in the late 80's when I was in the Marine Corps.
That is also the issue behind defund the police and all the police are racist. They want to nationalize the police so that the people policing you aren't from there. They don't know you didn't grow up around you much more easily convinced you need to be oppressed...or shot.
Thus the Germans bringing Ukranians into Poland to do SCHUMA tasks.
