Only, it was “would you voluntarily join Carter’s military?”

Regular Army from 1966, I reenlisted in 1975. After four years of VOLAR under Carter I called it quits in 1980.

Had I known then what I know now...

...NOPE! Bumps in the road and all, every thing turned out better than I could have imagined otherwise.
