It's down in AOC's neighborhood. It's the bridge tinted brown today (because of the closure) many blocks south of the Supreme Court, near the Navy Yard, running southeast to Suitland Parkway and I-695.

I spent a couple of decades crossing the South Capitol/Douglas Bridge when I was at the Navy Yard and Ft. McNair. I went back for the first time since I retired a couple of months ago and the new bridge and its approaches completely changed I-295 intersection that leads to the bridge from the southeast and on the other side as well, next to the baseball stadium.
