They learned in 2020 that they needed to be sure they had enough fraud to win and it was the stopping of the counting they needed to use to gun up enough fraudulent ballots in the contested states. Has anyone heard how many of those “late counted ballots” had only a vote on them for President and not down-ballot candidates? I suspect in their manufactured votes they didn’t have time to mark the entire ballots. Counting the total votes cast for President vs the total votes for down-ballot races would be very interesting to know.
