So I will guess that maybe 20 clinics will be closed. Total. Across the country.
What reduction in the total number of abortions? Less than 1%.

Don’t know where they get it from but have seen a couple of respectable Pro-Life leaders accept the number 120,000 as the number of lives that will be saved yearly if abortion is returned to the states according to an estimate. This would be about a 15% reduction from the current rate.
How?
Delay is a friend of life. The longer a woman continues a pregnancy, the less chance there is of her aborting. Some women will end up not traveling or plan to travel but delay and then change her mind. In some states where abortion is outlawed, some women will now first go to a crisis pregnancy center instead of a Planned Parenthood, saving lives. Restrictions save lives. It’s incredible the number of lives saved when women see an ultrasound. Or hear about the possible psychological consequences of abortion. Or its connection to internal injuries, infertility, and breast cancer. If yesterday’s decision saves one life it’s worth it. But a large football stadium plus or two average stadiums worth of infants a year. WOW!
