This is the Nestle site:

Celltrient Cellular Protect
https://www.nestlenutritionstore.com/celltrienttm-cellular-protect-capsules.html

Nestle says to take two servings a day, which has 600 mg of glycine and 600 mg of NAC per serving, equaling 1,200 mg of glycine and 1,200 mg of NAC.

The alternative, which is quite a bit cheaper, is to get glycine powder (cheapest) or capsules and NAC capsules. NAC is not available on Amazon, but is available many other supplement sites, including Vitamin Shoppe, GNC, Swanson and Double Wood. Just have the glycine at the same time as the NAC, as the two are blended in the Nestle capsules.
