For 2021-22, the ‘scientists’ were ‘predicting’ that we were going into a Solar Minimum - which means NO sunspots and a cooler than normal growing season on Planet Earth.
As a gardener, this data is important when choosing what to plant and when and how and why.
So, I’m screwed again by ‘scientists!’
WHY do I even bother? I’m going to rely on squirrels for weather data. Can’t hurt, might help.

I realize the probability of blackouts and worse is low, but it it makes me wonder how the Biden administration would handle it. More realistically, how would Biden respond to a hurricane that tracks through the Gulf of Mexico later this summer and oil rigs are taken offline and oil refineries don’t get supplied?
