DeSantis is yet another lawyer turned career politician, who never held a private sector career or job.

I’m not a Florida resident, so I don’t know everything that’s going on there. But DeSantis does seem to be making some good moves.
But, yeah. You make a fair point mentioning that lawyer-turned-politician stuff. The three best presidents in my lifetime were Ike, Reagan, and Trump. No lawyers there.
On the other hand, the worst president was George W. Bush. (Not trying to start an argument, just my opinion.) Bush wasn’t a lawyer either.
