CMS just EXEMPTED officials hired to enforce their vaccine mandate...from the vaccine mandate! My office obtained the memo. Stunning hypocrisy.

The media is owned. We have the Samizdat only willing to go where the others won’t.

We are living in “animal farm”. The pigs took over and changed the rules.

It hurts, but I won’t live by their rules.

... availability of receiving health care.

Vax required for all elective procedures at CMS-reimbursed institutions as long as Emergency Order is still in effect.

May be selectively enforced, but IDK for sure. includes masking at private dental offices, as well.

It may be elective for the patients, but unless a religious
exemption is granted (and many have been denied), all employees must be vaccinated at institutions receiving Medicare or Medicaid—which is probably over 90% of health care facilities.

As I said before, since we have pilot shortages causing flight availability problems, we may have health care employee shortages in the future.

...elective for the patients...
_______

Sorry, I wasn’t clear: an elective procedure is any that is not essential to avert an acutely negative outcome. My understanding is that a patient who comes in ER and is assessed as needing immediate intervention is not required to be vaxxed to get care.

Yes, CMS-mediated institutions require employees to be vaxxed.
