Garland needs to be impeached. He is vengeful towards the SCOTUS by non-enforcement of laws protecting them from the DNC rent-a-rioters. Because of Garland’s refusal to protect SCOTUS conservatives, two have been placed into protective relocation. This in itself is only good as long as he doesn’t let the DNC (oop’s, I mean fed workers) shop members find out where they are and it will be old news post haste.
Garland was not worthy of becoming a sitting Supreme Court Justice. His judgment is on full display. His selective enforcement of laws depending on who a conservative or liberal is on full display.
Justice Thomas is not the problem. Garland is. Thomas will be reviewing future cases with an eye on returning power to the states, and correcting improper decisions (both left/right leaning decisions), and at the same time putting the proper application of the Constitution, Admendments, Bill of Rights, etc., into layman’s terms that even liberal law student could not misunderstand. This current Court is going to strengthen our founding documents, and they will ensure that the Intent of those legally binding words mean just what they say going forward.
This is why the left wants Thomas gone. However, it is Garland who should and needs to be removed at DOJ. The next confirmation of a DOJ or FBI or any agency head should be contingent upon conservative demands that they adhere to equal application and at the same time enforcing laws. No more selective prosecution or arrests or detainments of conservatives while democrats walk free for the same offenses.
In addition, I believe that the State Govornors have the obligation to ensure or if necessary demand city DA’s and police enforce laws for public safety, and equal treatment of all citizens be applied rather than a political litmus test.

The purpose of denying abortion is about the sanctity of life in the State. The State(s) are protecting a life that resides by extension of the mother in the womb withing said State. To kill the baby in the State would be illegal. Because Conservative States can be seen as providing legal protections for the unborn, a resident mother who goes to another State for abortion is terminating a protected life.
Legislation should be put into law that states residents of the State protecting the sanctity of life of the unborn extends to full term birth and delivery.
A mother terminating a life in another State would be breaking the law that protects the sanctity of life. In fact mothers who abort unborn babies in States apart from their residence should be charged with third-degree murder manslaughter.
The intent of abortion laws are to protect life in this case - if the mother wants to move another State where murder/abortion is legal then so be it.

Gatlinburg is one of my favourite destinations ever. I used to go for a week in the middle of April every year for the biggest bridge tournament of the year, until covid. It restarted this year but I’m not welcome unless I’m vaccinated. I wrote a rather sharp letter to the bridge gods about that and hope to see the policy change in time for next year. I could always see the Smokies from my condo or hotel window and every time I was outside of course. Beautiful!
