Kentucky Police has launched a manhunt for a man who punched Democrat Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer.
The attack happened while Fischer was at an event at the Fourth Street Live entertainment complex located in Downtown Louisville, Kentucky on Saturday.
Officials confirmed that Fischer 'is doing fine' after the unprovoked assault.
Police said an investigation has been opened and more information will be released as it becomes available.
Surveillance footage stills show the moment that Fischer was attacked. It then shows the suspect fleeing southbound on Fourth Street.

That's a fact. I first heard about Juneteenth celebrations in downtown Denver when I was in high school. That would be about 1972 or '73. I was informed by my friends that we would not be going to that party as it always turned into a riot. They were correct.

If there were ever any instances in modern recorded history of black people being sucker-punched by white people...well, this “random and unprovoked” musing might not be so astonishingly risible.
And if there were any instances of white on black sucker punch assaults, the characterizations of “random and unprovoked” would not be first on the lips of people discussing it in the media. It would be be a de facto racism.

If you studied Fischer's tenure as mayor, you could not come to a conclusion that any attack on him was "unprovoked". His mere presence is a provocation IMO.

The footage sure sums up the job this clown has done as Mayor of Louisville crime is out of control with black on black murders every day. Carjackings are out of control and Stolen guns are everywhere throughout the West End ghetto.
Fischer want his police armed with feathers, soft comfortable handcuffs, and comfy slippers and bathrobes for those arrested. His Police Chief Erica Shields was a complete failure at her last chiefs job and should have never been hired.
