This might be a dumb question, but what is the difference between a ghost gun and a stolen gun that a criminal removes the serial number from?
In theory, both would be untraceable.
To me, this just seems like more wordplay from the left.
Well, they plan to make it illegal for the criminals to remove the serial numbers when they steal a gun....oh wait....

Nothing in a practical matter other than the no serial number ghost gun is legal, and it is just word play by the left.
