Saw a video of Lake Mead today. I would be more worried about lack of water. Its scary how fast the levels are dropping.

Yes. I’m more than a bit worried (I used to live in Vegas) that the city will perforce die for lack of water.

I’ve been watching real estate values. It’s still going up, but this can’t last. It could get real ugly.
