FAIL! I’M JUDGING HIM BY HIS WORDS AND ACTIONS.

You are projecting his words and actions according to the reasons you assign him. You may even be right, but you shouldn't be certain about it.

All day long, every single datly, we have to make judgements of people by what they DO AND SAY.

Yes we do, and for our own purposes, but this guy likely doesn't interact with any of us, and so guessing wrong about his intent will not come back to haunt us.

If I wanted to divine the man's intent, I would ask him, not project my thoughts onto his actions.

Are you guessing wrong when you called the preacher aputz and other derogatory names and will that come back to haunt you?

Of course you/me are not God and can not make perfect judgments, but to use that some silly excuse to make none is absurd.

“If I wanted to divine the man’s intent, I would ask him”

And you to talking to the person to confirm or refute as some type of surety of your judgement is equally absurd. Did anyone ever tell you people lie? Why yes they do. “Well mommy, why don’t you talk to that bad man and ask him if he is going to bad things?” What are you 8 years old?
