Pride - one of the seven deadly sins.
The others, envy, gluttony, avarice, lust, sloth, and wrath, all take their toll in other ways, but pride almost always leads to a fall. And a “fall”, in the Biblical sense, means “going to Hell”.
So the “Pride” people can just go to Hell, and bellow.
It also foils the 7 heavenly virtues of which chastity is first. These demons want you to celebrate pride.
