I strongly doubt Hunter would accept a pardon for his crimes because he is not threatened by prosecution. Attorneys can correct me on this but I believe that accepting a pardon is viewed in the eyes of the law as a confession of guilt. With a pardon, can't the person be compelled to testify, in this case, against his father? The Biden Crime Family would never allow that.

As far as appeasing his enemies, there is nothing Donald Trump could do, including public hari-kari, to appease his enemies.

I can tell you at the time, and there are numerous articles, Dems in Washington feared the Hunter Biden scandal would consume Biden as Russia paralyzed Trump’s agenda.

At that time, it was extremely important to Dems.

Now, the GOP gave them their AG - who tamped down everything. Now, it’s not a problem, but they didn’t know the Senate would support Biden on everything at that time.
