That's the history of the democratic party. They have, from the beginning, been the anti-black/racist party, and their plan(s) to be rid of blacks has never been pulled-back. Their claims to be anti-racism are all fake. Democrats don't want to end-racism, while claiming to be the party of blacks. Democrats have been the party that USES blacks for their votes, and to implement the democrat agenda. It's still the party that has most blacks duped about caring for them.

Most blacks are poor and kept in their 'reservations' and democrats will never want to change that. Keeping them as perpetual victims is racist, and as long as blacks continue to be duped by democrats, they will always remain victims and hopeless.
