Like Tyson said, “everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face”. (I grew up watching boxing when they were 15 rounds- many boxers were able to go those 15 rounds because of great conditioning, but would be fairly well spent around round 13 or so, and fighting on instinct, but today, you see mma fighters in 3 round bouts, wnere they mkstly dance arohnd, get a few shots in, few leg kicks etc, and they get exhausted in the second round. Things sure have changed)

I ,iked hearing comentsry from actually fighters during boxing matches as they would point out the things you said so that the .isteners got a little idea of how tough the fights actually were. Also, the heat and humidity especially made the fights much more grueling.

I saw The fight live where boom boom Mancini threw a punch at end of fight thst killed his opponent duk koo kim.. duk koo Kim was fighting back va,iantly, but was out of his league really agaisnt Mancini. It was a brutal fight that really too, a heavy toll on kim toeards the end of the fight. sad ending to,the fight.

It’s too bad his promise to build a border wall didn’t get kept. Look at all the caravans that are streaming through because we don’t have a border wall.

“He didn’t keep the other four promises.”

You definition of “KEEP” is flawed. If I promise the kids I’m taking them out for ice cream at their favorite ice cream place, and then we get their and find out BLM or Antifa burned it down, I kept my promise to them. Trump was not a King or Supreme Dictator. Name one promise he didn’t try very hard to keep. That’s the only thing that matters on promises when you are not one of those. You don’t have absolute control. Out form of government makes it so.

But DeSantis has not yet had the full court press anal exam by the Democrat's attack dog, the MSM.

They dug up everything they could use against him in Florida. There just isn't anything there.

They've resorted to this (which is practically an endorsement).

Lately Reagan has been downplayed here, but truth is he is still greater than Trump. Trump is no Reagan, and that includes the professional behavior. Which can drive a lot of getting things done. Trump had Repub Congress to start then lost the House in less than 4 years. Reagan had almost all Dem Congress except some years of the Senate (but not to start). So I have a hard time with that “Trump had so many obstacles).

I think RON Desantis has a better chance of being a RON Reagan. Not the wonderful personality, which NO ONE could possibly sanely hate, but basically he has zero baggage, including handling himself more professionally than Trump. He has not burned bridges, but he can punch back without being completely unglued. And RD pushes forth serious action.

It won’t take much to finish the wall, there is a,ready a large portion built, but he was cheated out of the rest of his 8 year term. Not to mention thst he very well could have delivered had he had support to get it done. I don’t fault him for being hindered by everyone and not quite getting it completed given how much he was able to get done fsci g what he had to face.

There is a huge list of his accomplishments somewhere. It’s worth reading down through them because most of them the media kept buried so that the public would not know, how effectual he actuslly was.

Take a look down through this list- the accomplishments are tremendous

https://www.educationviews.org/big-list-of-175-trump-accomplishments-in-356-days/

Given the fierce opposition by everyone, I don’t fault him for not quite finishing the wall. He got much of it done, soe thing that no,other president even cared to try. Thye al. Talked about building one, but never celivered anything... Trump did

Ok my friends. If Trump runs again the nomination is his. He won’t have to fight for it other than a rino-winger. I’m sure he’ll make the right call.

In the meantime there’s November and election security. If security isn’t dealt with the November won’t matter. That’s where the state legislatures come in.

Food for thought:

No republican president will succeed with RINOS running the show. The were the biggest enemy 2015-present.

The criticisms against Trump will be the same criticisms of DeSantis (or any MAGA candidate) because the swamp and RINOS will treat them the same way Trump was.

If all of our enemies foreign and domestic fear Trump more than anyone, why would we NOT support him? If Trump were as feckless as some here claim, then our enemies would want him re-elected.

To think that someone else would do better than Trump is based on theories that have never been true: growing the party, appealing to minorities, defining the party. Trump is the only republican that has accomplished all of the above against numerous enemies ESPECIALLY RINOS. The only ally he had was his supporters.

If you’re determined to ‘try’ something new, wait til 2028. Then you can blindly vote for the same losers you’ve been voting for the last 30 years.

Don’t believe me? How many republicans have you seen treated like Trump and still holding their ground? Zero. No one has been undermined, attacked and vilified like Trump.

In case your memory lacks, watch ‘The Plot Against the President’ documentary free on Tubi. Then recollect on how Trump handled the world stage. No one has done better. To the DeSantis lovers, he’s a great governor who has the support of legislature. He will not have that support in DC. Bank on it.

Biden did not announce his decision to run until March of 2019. That was 1 year before 2020.

We are still 2 years from the next campaign And Desnatis has not yet announced.

Desantis has plenty of time to announce later.

FWIW, I think Trump would be the LAST guy to say he’s got a right to refusal.

Lives, fortunes, sacred honor...

The man walks the walk.

I like DeSantis, but if Trump decides to run he’s still got my whole-hearted support.

“In case your memory lacks,”

I loved Reagan, consider him the greatest POTUS of my lifetime. Trump is the GOAT for the new era of politics. But, this is like a debate between Wilt Chamberlain and Micheal Jordan as GOAT. Different eras and rules make it hard to compare them. Each the GOAT for their era.

BUT I remember that same sniping from conservatives when Regan was in office. Too many Deep Staters and NECONS in his cabinet, ballooned up the budget, signed the 1986 immigration law, picked Mr. Establishment (GHWB) as his VP, and so on. Same as with Trump today.

We are beyond Trump, but in the end it doesn’t matter what his negatives are, because all the energy from the opposition will be transferred to the next candidate. The Uniparty is DONE messing around, and there will be no real conservative tolerated in the Presidency.

It is over, and people should prepare themselves.

Back, inmthe day, boxers fought bare knuckles and went till they dropped and could no longer fight. Some matches were dozens and dozens of rounds lol. Talk about seriously tough dudes. Bare knuckle is brutal enough, but fighting like, that till, you can’t continue was really something.
