When citizens violate the law, they are arrested and prosecuted, but when a government agency does, citizens have to sue to get it to stop violating the law.
In a just world agents who violate the law would be prosecuted, or at the very least fired and barred.
Because of all the needless deaths they caused by illegally forbidding effective drugs so they could line their pockets with profits from the clot shots, they should be tried for crimes against humanity.
