We used to discuss politics and would eventually agree to disagree and move onto another topic. But with Trump it is true TDS. He absolutely hates the man and everything he perceive he did or wanted to do (Most of which is much closer to what the democrats are doing now I terms of dictatorial stuff.) The language he uses is beyond profane when discussing Trump. I’ve told him I do not want to discuss politics with him anymore, but he can’t help himself. Our friendship is hanging by a thread right now.
We are fortunately still at the polite stage though it has gotten worse since 2016, and now even worse with Burden in office. I have called him that in front of the one that’s on the town council, and she didn’t push back. She knows it’s true. Both of these ladies are very well off, of course. They have no worries.
