JMHO, the only statements of any consequence at all are the deathly silence from the..entire..court (Not to mention the blabbermouth staffers).
The Court folds because of this pressure from the left and they may as well adjourn, pack up and leave DC forever.
There just won't be an effective Supreme Court any more and everybody in the place (including the libs) knows it. Worse yet, the rot that gets exposed if SCOTUS fails will quite properly be seen as affecting every level of the judiciary beneath it and the whole house of cards could come crashing down in an afternoon.
Only thing that's kept those people in their palatial jobs is "Full Faith and Trust" and that account may just be about to be exposed as overdrawn.
Hope and pray I'm wrong, but nobody else in DC has failed to fail lately.

You’re probably right, it’ll be over turned and left up to the individual states... the left wouldn’t freak out if things were going to go their way.
I am sure SCOTUS won’t fold.
