Basically yes. I seen a pic of the Obama pool it's a 20X40 rectangle pool which is about a 30,000 gallon pool. They're old which means they most likely want it hot. I bet its around 85 deg F and they don't have a cover. In the winter the heater would have to run at least 12 to 20 hours every day.
They also likely have a spa someplace.

Hahahaha! I’m older than the obummers, and can’t even imagine wanting to get into a pool that was warmer than room temperature. Yuck, what is refreshing about that? But who knows, maybe they are weird that way, weirdos that they are....
