Possibly mis-remembering something I read once but may jog someones memory.
I believe I read a peer reviewed paper from Israel basically saying they have created a seaweed extract that is injected into the cancer, zapped with ultra violet light and the cancer is dead in twenty minutes with no side effects.
The time frame was after 2013 when my father had this and died.

I hadn't heard of that but it sounds encouraging. I'm not sure if it would work in such as small cell lung cancer, though. Perforating the lung presents other issues.
