Very difficult to find. The elites don’t want us to know what Putin said, obviously. Very hard finding one in Russian, below is dubbed. There is another dubbed one but with Russian in the background, difficult to listen to.

I prefer Live viewing, as well, but I also liked the awesome English translator voice-over who gave Putin’s speech made 3 mos ago.
So far tonight, I found only screen captions link to be able to view Putin live.

I thought Putin may have nailed the foreseeable future for US and NATO countries, as chronic importers now, producing next to nothing to properly sustain their own people and their economy.
