That was my take as well. The more you get into geo-tracking you find that law enforcement uses it to track terrorists,and drug mules.If it's good enough for them it should be good enough for ballot mules going from stash houses to ballot boxes.

They were extremely conservative doing the mules story. Initially, Katherine Englebrecht and Greg Phillips found 17k mules. An astonishing number. They surmised it would be too much to process and started cutting it back to only those who absolutely were mules and tossed out all the rest. anyone who could potentially be questioned were eliminated but were probably dirty.

One thing that really alerted Englebrecht/Phillips was the cellphone pings after the elections. The areas all changed after the election. The mules stopped going to the boxes and the stash houses a sure sign they were dirty.

Ironically, they are working on stuff far bigger and have involved law enforcement as well.Its possible huge non-profits are involved and who knows whom else.
