Claims are they contain the worst of the worst of pathogens.Bad stuff,deadly. She claims they need to be taken down immediately. I read where Russia was doing this. Hard to tell what is actually happening.

She is right this stuff needs to be destroyed. If the Russians take it down will Putin destroy it or keep it? We don't know.
