I’m thinking Cheney knew she wouldn’t win, but cash flow is generated by by running for re-election, in WYO. And, Cabal seems to need big money always moving and working.
She’s a perfectly fine hidey hole for some pretty big $$$ temporarily placed in her re-election campaign to Nowhere.
Knowing she will bomb out is of small consequence, especially if the Bush mob wants to cash back her, say in 2024. Certainly Liz has grown arrogant enough to run.
Regardless, Liz serves as a blonde collection plate for the cabal, who need their money where they can lay their hands on it, or direct exactly how it will be kept moving, to buy elections, help refill the universal slush fund, or to rebuild the US war machine, here, after the $80B dollar Afghanistan debacle.
