If the DOJ takes the case it might be done in Baltimore rather than DC.But Maryland is just a huge suburb of DC...and the residents are the *highly paid* Federal employees. IOW,they're Rats.

Assuming he’s not found insane, I’m going to go out on a limb and predict that DOJ will crucify this kid to try to get some cred on the rule of law issue and some preemptive shielding, should the next crazy not be so unlucky or unstealthy. He’s white, after all, so he’s expendable. Some of the pictures are unflattering but it appears he’s actually a good looking kid. He’d be very popular in the federal slammer
