You removed the context that additional work in addition to the ECU work is required. You can reprogram an ECU all you want, that doesn't mean more work doesn't need to be done.

Okay. I knew you should reprogram if you do a delete, but I wasn’t sure if a manufacturer could go the opposite route. Thanks.
