Joe Biden does not deserve credit for creating this hurricane. Being the simpleton and feeble jackass that he is, he did not have the mental capacity to cause the destruction that has been caused. The cabal that is behind the hurricane is merely using joe as a puppet. Joe is NOT running this country. When we realize that, we can prepare to destroy that cabal.
