Apparently there was a ship called the Belgica that got caught in the Antarctic ice about 1900. Now there is another explorer ship with the same name. I don’t know if it is stuck in the ice as well. I thought I knew something about polar explorers, but this is the first time I’ve heard of either.
Yes I was a little in error. I thought he was referring to a novel about the ship named Belgica.
