No, those are the “meats”. The filler is powdered milk or soy proteins, anti coagulants to aid in extruding the paste into wiener casings, a butt load of nitrates and salt, all the good stuff! For many years I raised hogs to butchering weight. One year as I took them to market I was in line behind another party taking really sickly looking cattle in.
