If Trump is elected to a 2nd term, I would be shocked if he didn't pursue this from the Executive branch, and pushed the (R) controlled Congress to do the same.
Trump, before being President, was out front on the national stage to try and expose the usurper.
That ship has sailed out long time ago. Trump gave up pursuing the Obama/Soetoro id fraud after inauguration in 2017.
