The judge concluded that “the great majority of alleged assaults” on Amber Heard by Johnny Depp had been “proved to the civil standard”. Of the fourteen alleged assaults heard in open court the judge found that twelve of them were proved on the balance of probability.

We’re not in the United Kingdom. In the good old U S of A, a jury found that the evidence showed Amber Heard was lying.

I did not follow the trial and made no assessment of the evidence presented at the trial. I have made no comments on the verdicts.
My discussion has pertained to Depp’s history of violence and drugs and his unstable relationships. Characteristics that some of his admirers were unaware of.
