A) Colleague Jake Gibson rpts that Navarro will represent himself after being indicted contempt of Congress charges. Navarro called his arrest at Reagan National Airport a “pre-emptive strike” because he filed suit against the Hse this week.
B) Navarro says he was put in a “jail cell” without being allowed to make a phone call. He called this“prosecutorial misconduct…They’re playing hardball, this is despicable.” Navarro will be released after the hrng. Gov’t not asking for detention
