1) After his court appearance, Navarro is protesting that he was placed in handcuffs and leg irons after his arrest today. Continues to call the 1/6 cmte a “kangaroo court.”
2) Navarro says it’s not valid under the Constitution even though the House ok’d the cmte 222-190, under Article I, Section 5 of the Constitution. Says he will represent himself because he’s not willing to spend “several hundred thousand dollars” on counsel
