We figure we’ll always have a Yorky. They are easy to take places, as long as they are dog friendly. We’ve already taken him on vacation when we did a relocation trip and it was fine. But cats, those are a little harder to take in a car.
And Ed is very good at sneaking places. He waits right by the door and he dashes in. He’s fearless. He’s going to be a little troublemaker.

You’re right...dogs are easy to load up and take road trips with, especially compared to herding cats :-)
Although....my MIL travels with her cat 😜
