After our last fur baby passed, and I took it REALLY hard, we’d said the same....no more pets to tie us down, keep us from traveling, stealing our hearts, etc.....

But....then...as if puppy-heaven sent....we adopted a sweet boy who was being fostered....he’s the perfect size (11 pounds, soaking wet), he’s already very well trained, non-shedding...and....the most loyal companion, ever.

Now, we’ve adjusted any travel to by-car, and, pet friendly, ONLY! He’s even a great traveler!

However...since he’s so sweet and well behaved....we have a few family members who’ve offered to keep him, should we have to fly (ugh....hope not!), or go somewhere not pet friendly.

That's a great way to decide on a pet over inconvenience,mine was seeing my dog so lonely,but cats are not this way in my opinion!

Something to think about at some point.
Just not yet for me.
