My Boys are litter box obsessed. Every time I open the cover like a running over and I watch me as I clean it. And then one always runs in after I’m done.
I never thought of it as a subservient thing. Very possibly so!

I’m sure of it! Maybe with the youngsters, it’s just mom taking care of us. But older cats have come to the realization that they are in charge.
