As in all shady political deals - if you want the truth follow the money...
A lot of people have made fortunes from the government forcing vaccines on the public.
They create the demand with their mandates, then pay Big Pharma high prices for the vaccines to fill the demand.
And guess who owns Big Parma stocks or gets kickbacks and/or campaign donations from them.
