“Rosen was expected to testify at Wednesday’s hearing, along with former acting Deputy Attorney General Richard Donoghue and Steve Engel, former assistant attorney general for the Office of Legal Counsel.””
Were they supposed to testify live or just by pre-recorded, carefully selected tapes from the almost 1000 depositions this Unselect committee took. Current or former members of the FBI and DOJ do not have the Congressional immunity from prosecution for lying that members of Congress have.
Sounded to me like the interviews were pre-recorded as the tech crew for the committee was overwhelmed and couldn’t get the tapes together.
I mean when you cut and splice it does take time.
