And I like your clipboard idea. I have a spreadsheet for all the other food I have stored, I don’t know why I never thought about it for the freezer. I just have a small diagram showing what is on what Shelf. And I’m sure it has changed by now.
I like the clipboard not only to remind us what in there
but also the DATES they were put in there
It helps to “rotate your stock” like they do in the
supermarkets.
That way, nothing tastes “old” or becomes a UFO.
“Unidentified Frozen Object.”
We keep frozen veggies, fries, fruits etc in the
freezer of our fridge-that frees up space in the
deep freeze for more meat!
