I planted a little bit of lettuce in a pot but it got too hot too soon so it didn’t come up.

I’ve been making bean sprouts for years. Easy and inexpensive. Alfalfa is my favorite, good for salads and I like it better than lettuce for sandwiches. Healthy too!

I remember you told me once how to make the Beet sprouts but for some reason I didn’t get to it. I think those are going to be super important when produce is unavailable or too expensive. We are going to be craving that freshness and the crunch. I think I’ll look it up again.
