Lots of water, zinc, quercetin, Vit d. You know. It’s not nearly as bad as the earlier versions.

If you get sinus or cough, my son says mucinex helped him the most.

I’m the last in my family who hasn’t gotten it. With healthcare workers and caregivers in my house daily, it’s just a matter of time I think.
