There were about 10 teams of two congressmen or two Senators for each of the swing states where there had been massive election “irregularities”. They were fully prepared to make their presentations in the Capitol on January 6.
The incursion into the Capitol stopped them from being heard by the American people. Everything would’ve been on C-SPAN. Almost none of these 10 legislators have ever spoken out publicly about what they had planned to say. There are very few Matt Gaetz, Jim Jordan or MTG patriots.
The saying … who benefits … certainly applies here.
It was timed perfectly. But I don’t think it was masterminded by Trump supporters or intended to go the way it did, but some were caught up in the moment. I think Pelousi and company, Capitol Police and FBI instigators did. That’s why Pelousi turned down President Trump’s offer to bring in the National Guard.
