Cauliflower can be cut up an frozen with no other prep. Love that! Cut up Peppers can also be done that way; they might get a little watery though. You can spread them out on a cookie sheet and freeze that way, then put them in a bag to freeze in bulk. Onions will be good that way too. Good luck!

I peel cucumbers, remove the seeds, cut them up like pickle spears, freeze on cookie sheet. Slice them for salads, etc. Use immediately while they are still frozen and crunchy.
